Gods gifts keep coming.
Sometimes a photograph is simply a memory for the moment that you were present in, sometimes a capture of something unusual that you have never seen before.
Both of these photos are of moments that I was present in but serve to remind me of the atmosphere and the feeling of joy and gratitude for all of the senses that I am blessed with and that I was experiencing at that moment.
Walking in the countryside surrounding me in the peaceful morning atmosphere is priceless medicine. Birdsong, the odours of the soil changing with the seasons, the leaves floating down to re nourish the earth below are all things that sometimes we take for granted, the list is endless.
The joy and happiness that comes from being able to watch and enjoy nurturing a healthy young animal is also an experience that is worth so much more than just owning a pet.
Sometimes we simply have to slow down and be grateful that we are present in a world where we are bombarded with so much media coverage of negativity that we are unable to see the abundance of positives surrounding us.
A lovely day made more enjoyable simply by being grateful for everything that I have learned so far in life.
