Cat prep

More getting things ready for our trip away involved making sure there is enough food and litter for the cats while we are away.
Loaded the shelves in the garage with even more than I thought we needed but still not sure there will be enough. We can always order more to be delivered, even from NZ.
We said goodbye to our long suffering cleaner June today. She has worked for us for probably 15 years and in that time we have obviously shared some memories particularly as she was also working for my Mum. Now that we are retired we can’t really justify not doing the cleaning ourselves (until we get too old to handle it).
However June may still be needed to feed the cats when we are away for breaks next year.
