Cold Red Hill
Monday morning—a pretty relaxed one for me. Dash is back at school this week after half term, but Gubs has another week off. He has a lot of art coursework to catch up on for his A-level, so he will be burning a few candles to get that done. I managed to sneak in and out of Canterbury without getting snarled up in the traffic (this sometimes becomes a bit of a game) and headed home again along the lanes. It was a lovely sunny morning with great light, and I stopped in Coldred to photograph the rows of trees that line the road into the village.
I’m still testing various anamorphic lenses for my iPhone… this panoramic shot was taken with the Moment Anamorphic 1.55x T-series lens. It’s easy to use, but I have noticed a lot of edge and corner softness to the images I’m getting—enough to make me look for alternatives. I have the Beastgrip version of the lens on the way, and I hear from reviews it is a lot sharper, so we will see.
