Straw flowers

Searching for some colour on another day (the ninth in a row) of wall to wall low grey cloud and mist. These are just a few of the straw flowers I grew this year, most have gone to my daughter. I've spent much of the day knee deep in mud, trying to dig out the ditch that runs alongside our lane.
