House clearing

Curious what you find when you’re clearing a house. This was in a box that was largely sheet music for songs like ‘I’ve never seen a straight banana’.

Mr B was delighted to find that the piano in my Aunt’s house still works, and is not in bad shape, tuning-wise. Also a curling stone!

Prior to that we popped in to check on a house that needs a bit of painting.

Then home via a pub and Waitrose to my parents’ house - still hotter and louder than the pits of hell.
