Tennis in the morning: excellent, close, fun match, which we won. Dashed home to get changed and out for lunch with M’s nephew and girlfriend, both of whom I really like. Discussed family, TikTok, their jobs, the prospect of ever seeing sunshine again, and so on… They have returned to London now to continue their social lives, while we have ground to a halt in front of the TV.
