Saturday ....

....and a collage of photos from the gift of a free day. A dull weather day and it got quite cold towards its end but there was so much of wonder and beauty out there. So much to try to capture in a picture. So much we saw that tells a bigger story, of lives and remembrance.  

We began at Tudeley near Tonbridge and revisited the beautiful windows in the church. We moved onto Scotney Castle that we’ve not visited before. Now a ruin but so beautiful. The Victorian manor house was closed for refurbishment so we will have to return. Plenty to see as we walked the grounds and the autumn colours were so beautiful.

I've needed eyes in the back of and all round my head today to take it all in! It's good I can record some of it here! Even our porridge mishap at breakfast!
