BLESSING

A crazy day…mainly spent in the car.
Thank goodness Mum called to check all was ok as I had completely forgotten that I was supposed to take her to the opticians. Tricky parking situation with zig zags and red lines so she had to the long hobble back to the car.
Managed to do a supermarket shop whilst she was there.
Then found out youngest has really hurt his foot…taxi to hospital for X-ray and then collect him to take him home. He absolutely hates taking days of work but as a chef standing is a necessity so I knew it was serious when he called in sick!!
#In between our vicar came to bless the new house. She said a prayer in each room and Andy signed the cross on each doorway with holy water. (Although some will be demolished she can come back and bless the new build!!)

The Rev stripped one of the front bay window surrounds (new windows in 2 weeks) and I painted a wall in the garden.

Feet up and a cook meal….phew
