Yesterday was all traa laaa laaaaa, life is sunny, today is all feck, arse and will you all bloody shut up! Not you guys but there's a massive bulding site going on at the back of where I live and the demolition lot are in for next couple of months. While I don't particularly mind the sound of all the materials crashing into this skip, the noise of the JCB reversing as it continuously goes back and forth is driving me insane.
If I had a 9-5 job it wouldn't bother me as they're off site by 5 but working from home means it's impossible to escape. I've tried earplugs and ipods but that beep beep beep passes through every fibre of my body. I'm fantasizing about how I can put the JCB out of action for good.
