Men at work

At 7pm the men of the glass fibre installation company were still busy. And although it was a Saturday!
But I assume they choose the Saturday because on Saturdays the busses don't drive to the school. The secondary school is located near the end of the road, of which you see the entrance.
The fibre glass cables had to be laid underneath the street and for that a ditch had to be dug (and the asphalt removed). Hence the entrance (and exit) of this street was blocked almost the whole day.
Very considerate to do that on a Saturday.

Our optician told D., that when the cable was laid in front of her shop, the men had done both sides of her entrance, but waited till her shop was closed for lunch to do the missing part.
