Canned

The pantry etc. Is being Spring? Cleaned.
I love or loved grapefruit but a while ago I was prescribed a med which banned the fruit. When I said a while ago the can is 12 years passed its best by date so it was decided it had to be binned. Very rightly so.
A trip up to Souter's restaurant for pleasant lunch and a tech swap of TVs laptop etc.
A simple calzone pizza for supper was ample after the pan fried cod and all at lunch. Weather still dull but a little brighter at home end of the day.
