A first

Deb came to Maldon and completed her first parkrun today.  It was the first time she has run with lots of other people and, she says, very different than running on a treadmill. I grabbed a quick picture of us at the zoo afterwards to mark the occasion.

Spent a few hours in the garden afterwards, tidying for winter before heading g to the river for a sunset swim with Marion. I definitely would not have gone if it had not been a chance to see her as we have not seen each other for a few weeks. A very pleasing dip.
