It was quiet in the gym this morning, only Vic, John Ann and myself. We went for a coffee, and at the allotted time, we stood up for the two minutes silence. And elderly couple saw us, and came over to join us, which was nice. I saw this topper on my way home, although again, I haven't done it justice.
