Dealing with the pumpkin had taken on a new urgency since the news from across the pond, as the sight of its grinning orange face was unbearable. Having no real clue what to do with it I cut it into quarters and filled a quarter each for us with a very spicy, tasty mixture. Roasted for approx an hour, with a bit of cheese melted on the top in the last 15 min.

It was surprisingly good, and we both managed to clear our plates! No starch involved, I guess.
