Thumbs Up!

Had a few hours to share Saturday with grandson Z. He wanted tai fried rice with tofu as he’s vegetarian so we did just that!! He loved the fried rice and the vegetarian egg rolls. W had a delightful and enlightening conversations — he’s quite the curious and fascination sixth grader . His compassion for others is heartening to see . He told me one friend at school told him that their family was emigrating to Australia that evening. They said their goodbyes- his friend’s first name is Mohammed. His family came her from Afghanistan looking for freedom . Z understood why his friend was leaving .
