I wish I could recommend this but sadly trying to be a tourist in Scotland tends to bring you face to face with dismal customer service. Had I not been quite forceful in pointing out that if you advertise tours at set times you should provide them come what may, it wouldn't have happened. Fortunately my mother did enjoy the tour when it eventually took place, after a big altercation, led, strangely enough, by the person who originally told us it wouldn't. And then they wonder why the visitors stay away!
