Recovery

When we arrived back in Edinburgh at the very beginning of September these kitchen window plants were just hanging on. It seems that my plant watering neighbour didn't see them, so they were very dry. However, these plants seem generally to survive better water scarcity than being drowned. Now they are looking fine.

A very quiet day but with important preparations for tomorrow both in terms of the book group meeting in the evening and in terms of getting a long email away that I would have had no time for this week.
