We had the usual early start on Sunday. Several of the boys were missing from rugby training due to Remembrance Sunday events. The boys who attended training did their 2 mins of silence at 11am.

I went for a much needed jog while they trained.

We went out for a very late roast at 4pm. I haven’t cooked since Thursday!
