An old friend.

Well what a cock up last night. We tried to go a fireworks display at the nearby village of Loxley. Booked 3 tickets online earlier in the day but when we turned up the field set aside for parking had been closed for some reason. The village was gridlocked as a result. After 20mins sitting in traffic a couple of harassed blokes in high-vis finally managed to get things moving. We decided then that it was time to bail and retreated to a pub in a different village. Daughter Hattie fired off a snotagram later that evening which thankfully resulted in an apology and a refund.


Anyway thought I'd post a piece of my artwork today. It's a portrait of an old friend who has helped me relax after many a trying day like the one mentioned above.
