A spot of purple

It was soooo good to see the sun today after many dull and even misty days. We even exported nearly half a kilowatt of electricity!
Tonight's culinary experiment was a carrot and cumin flavoured puree and it was delicious. Last night I roasted carrots with a honey and toasted cumin glaze. I can definitely confirm that carrots and cumin go very well together!
