Caught CHA coach from Arnside to Allinthwaite - walked to Grange Over Sands -along Lancashire Coastal Path  taking in these sights which include Humphrey Head and a couple  who were involved in Grange Over Sands Remembrance Day  Service and laying of poppy wreaths held at 3.30 at cenotaph which we watched
