Lynx...again

It was our last morning in the hide. We arrived before sunrise and as we entered the hide there was a lynx sitting on the rocks. It stayed for a while and I was able to get a few photos of it. Then it left and we never had any other lynxes appear for the remainder of the 4 hours in the hide. We watched the beautiful sunrise, and eventually I sat reading my book waiting for a lynx to appear but no more came by. Once we are in the hide you have to remain for the full 4 hours and have to sit quietly so there is not much else one can do. 

We had a hurried breakfast after we came out of the hide at 11am and then packed up and left. On our way we stopped off at the river where we tried to find the otters the other day - there were quite a few photographers also hoping to see them but they did not appear in the short time we were there.

We got back to Malaga in good time for our flight. The flight went well and Gavin was waiting at the airport to fetch me. I only got home at 10pm and had some supper as I had not eaten. I have unpacked and now quickly edited one photo to upload, as it is very late and I am very tired. I will catch up tomorrow!
