A portrait of my Father by Cuthbert Julian Orde, a pilot in the First World War and an artist in the second who made many portraits of RAF pilots.

This one of my Father was done in 1943 - one of a number of sketches -  when he was a flight commander in 610 squadron.  He flew spitfires all through the war and stayed in the RAF until 1962.
