New Pics

I've got new pics through friends - lovely to have a bit of colour back up on the walls.

Tonights running club was quite a moment in time. We went to innocent railway tunnel and did several repeats of sprinting down and jogging back - there's nothing like running down a tunnel as fast as you can with someone playing bagpipes at the end and listening to the sound reverberating around you. It's going to stick with me longer than my muscle ache :)
