Walking, sunshine and blue sky.

A day with sunshine and blue sky! Had to get out for a walk but we had the TV on to take part in the 2-minute silence for Armistice Day before I went out.
Had a phone chat with mum who still doesn't feel up to having me visit but thinks she will soon (she has been feeling peaky since the flu jab).
I walked down to Taylor Park and it was busy - I think perhaps people couldn't wait to get out after all the grey days we've had.
Walked most of the way around the lake there before heading out to the roads and towards town. When I reached Ravenhead bus stop I thought to check when the 89 was due and it was in 1 minute so i thought I'd wait there to catch it home.
6 minutes late it was! Nothing new here. 
Have been doing some cutting back and leaf collection in the garden this afternoon plus a chat with a neighbour who was passing.
It was so nice to see blue sky and sunshine - it really perked me up.
