A grand day out
Woke up to sunshine at last and, since its my birthday, I decided a trip to the coast would be in order. We set off for Aberdyfi first thing and had a lovely drive over through the most beautiful mid-Wales autumn scenery to the Eryri National Park. The tide was out at Aberdyfi and we walked a few miles around the coast towards Tywyn before heading back for a fish and chip lunch. Drove home via Lyn Clywedog, which was looking equally superb, and had a quick walk around Llanidloes. It was a grand day out.
