Putney Twilight

Today I felt like some gentle sightseeing so I got a bus from Kingston to Putney and bought a hop-on hop-off ticket for the river bus service. I sat back and enjoyed the 90 minute cruise down the Thames as far as Greenwich, where I had an hour’s wander before returning to Putney with just another short interlude at Bankside. I did contemplate a getting off at Waterloo Pier to enjoy the sunset, but the timing wasn’t quite right.
