Country Road

It is another lovely sunny day, +5C to +17C.  I nipped down the hill to have a cuppa and scone with the church ladies, 6 of us there today.  We had a lovely chat and catch up.    I then drove to Beacon Point to see if the Lupins had come out, and yes, they have.  (Blip)

The power has been off today from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.  So I have been working on the tassels for Teen 'h's new poncho.  So glad that the power is back on. 

I had a lovely catch up phone call from relations in the North Island, family are certainly are a very important part of my life.  Lovely to hear from them.
