Acer Triptych
Like everyone else, I’m thrilled to see blue sky today. Sunlight is still just about making it into our garden, a final hurrah before it slips behind the hill for winter, and this morning it filters through the last remaining leaves of the ornamental cherry to spotlight the acers below. Probably appreciated even more for its scarcity, the golden light is beautiful.
Other than this garden photography, I’m ashamed to say I don’t venture from the house. With less than three weeks to go until departure, and a trip to London before we head for warmer climes, there’s still so much to do!
