Honey Fungus

I had my flu and COVID jabs yesterday, one in each arm. It was fine at first but overnight both arms became quite sore, enough to wake me up every time I turned - I'm a side-sleeper generally. 

Having finished the draft minutes from Sunday's bowls club AGM and done a 3-miler with Millie pups, I'm cream-crackered. Luckily there's nothing pressing for the rest of the day.
