Thorn on the Wall

You'd be forgiven for thinking of Highland cattle, from the thumbnail, but this is a Feathered Thorn resting, antennae neatly tucked in, on the wall by the back door. Might be the same one which visited the window the other night. Difficult angle, difficult light, with a shadow across it - I concentrated on its face & eye, which couldn't be seen from the straight-on view.
