Waking to Snow …

… but 600m higher than where we live. Then the thought of taking Preston to the vet in Lausanne again, loomed large. We had decided, with the vet, that Preston should have a complete lower body scan before they decide what next to do for his awful limp. We’ve tried everything in the past 5 weeks! (Preston has been insured from an early age thank goodness!) So I dropped him off then went on a “city expedition” to meet Sandrasuisse and her beautiful cat, Honey (big eyes and cute tongue in extra). It’s very scary driving across a city! I really am a country bumpkin … I needed a coffee with Sandra after that. It was wonderful to relax in her company for the afternoon before I had to reverse the journey to pick Preston up and hit the motorway in rush hour. Apparently he had been a little angel today but we won’t have his results for a week probably. He is glad to be home and so am I!
