Soooo… two of my coworkers redecorated the table yesterday, with mostly things we don’t sell…. Today two of the bosses came with a bunch of different Christmas plants and it felt uneasy to change what my coworkers had done. However, I did what my boss told me and she gave me the green light to rearrange it a bit, since we’d gotten new plants.
I’ve mostly worked with needle felting today. Finished one more snowman, who got a knitted hat (but, crochet) and a scarf, and then made some round white ’snow balls’ to build more snowmen. 2 done, 8 to go…
I’m taking a break on Thursday, though. We have a fir tree to collect, it has fallen down in the woods, and then another coworker and I have some things to create.
One of the things I love about my work is that we have a lot of creative freedome. If we think of something, we can pitch it to one of the bosses (or all of them) and they usually thinks our ideas are fun and worth exploring.
I had one idea yesterday, which another coworker started with shortly after, and then another idea today which we’ll try out on Thursday. And then there were the jars, which we’re creating the third theme in now.
That’s it for the jars though.
