This summer Zach is at Virginia Tech for a month of "governor's school" and is housed in what must usually serve as a women's dormitory. Since there is no urinal the young men in the quad have solved the issue of urine coated toilet seats by delegating one of the stalls as noted above.

I see they can't learn to flush the commode here either.
