The final day of our wee trip away and a final walk, this time around Castle Loch at Lochmaben. The castle is Lochmaben Castle, the town is Lochmaben but the loch isn’t Loch Maben. Huh? Anyway, it was a nice, easy wander and just what the legs ordered. A stop off for lunch in Moffat on the drive back (wouldn’t necessarily recommend a haggis & mozzarella panini) then home the back of four and still daylight. Worked out well.
