Skyline
A day of meetings, paperwork, dog walking, laptop, talk preparation, and a “quick” visit into town. (The buses took ages but it was late afternoon.)
It did mean that I saw the sunset and Edinburgh’s skyline sharply defined in the evening light. In many shops the Christmas decorations are already illuminated. The star at the entrance to the St James Quarter is back again - see extra.
A quick meal then into a lengthier than normal church committee meeting, partly because it is the last before we join in union with two other churches on 1 January.
