Cocky Blackbird

My Dear Princess and Dear Fellow,

I do worry about Colin sometimes. He seems a little over-confident. 

Today he landed in our garden RIGHT IN FRONT OF DG. 

I think maybe he has gotten used to Jasper and Punky who aren't really proper cats. 

But DG is a proper cat. She crouched low and peered at him, curiously. 

I had to feed Colin somewhere else and shoo-ed DG away from that part of the garden*. 

All the same, Colin needs to get a bit more paranoid and remember that he is a bird.
