Spotted a beach bum!

We took a walk along Tahuna Back Beach which was very pleasant and I ended up with a tired dog and as the tide was low I managed to sleep him out of the water.

More Kasper who has slept all afternoon being quite exhausted.
The local council reported that they had completed the removal of contaminated bark chipping and indicated that they had finished which is far from the case.
