Marton Church

We had a 'phone call first thing from Julia saying there was a problem and could we possibly look after Ralph for the afternoon.   0f course we could, so off we went, pausing on our journey there to take a photo of this beautiful church quite near to their home. 
Founded in 1343, Marton's church of  St. James & St. Paul is thought to be the oldest timber framed church of its kind in Europe.
