Geese

Small skein of geese flying across, maybe dithering whether to go to the Forth - depends on tide or to one of the Dalmeny fields for the night.

Shopping delivery from Scotmid - stocking up the tins, lentils, macaroni, etc so can use up all the fresh stuff in the house & just get like milk & rolls picked up by a neighbour / friend if needed.

Figure of eight round the Community Park, heard the geese but took a wee while to come into focus but didn’t fly any closer.

Refitted a rubber foot to walk-hiking stick as the spike has worn thru already with pavement use. Don’t know how many miles these rubber feet are supposed to do but that was a new stick bought round about Xmas time after breaking the handle on my last one.
