Should have gone to Specsavers

A busy couple of days. Had to cancel a trip to Littleborough yesterday as the car had a fault. The garage managed to fit it in and got it fixed this morning.
As a result we had cancelled but were able to remake appointments at the optician. An expensive day as Mr EAnn needed new varifocals and a pair of reading glasses. I, for the first time needed distance specs.
As if we hadn’t spent enough we also booked a holiday for next summer. Our first trip to the Mediterranean since lockdown. Didn’t buy new sunglasses.
Rather cheaper was resorting to the iplayer to binge watch Wolf Hall again before we start the Mirror and the Light. Excellent.
