Today ..

PFND and I left our respective houses at the same time … which is not hard as we are only metres apart and I drove us to YORK !!! 160 miles for a coaching session with a lesson with Paul Wilson who is coach to some very fine shot putters and hammer throwers.
We had a three hour session in both disciplines and it was BRILLIANT.
I feel I will barely be able to walk tomorrow .
