Bee

A.quiet day but welcome after yesterday.  I'd set off to Lancaster in good time and made good time till I reached the city but then it was a very slow journey as there was so much traffic  as the motorway was still closed from the awful accident 24 hours earlier. 
But I arrived at the hospital in time only to discover the consultant was running a bit late as he'd been held up by the traffic. 
But the wait wasn't too bad . Good coffee on tap and friendly staff. But it's a long way to go for half an hours appointment. 4 and a half hours from home and back again.
Going back home was.much easier. Green lights all the way. 

So today a leisurely stroll round the park with Fletch before a quick nip into town to collect my boots
. We.passed by this amazing sculpture .. the Manchester bee...made up of weapons seized by Manchester police or handed in as part of an amnesty
