Had the pleasure of an invitation to the informal launch of Sheep in Wolf’s Clothing, a new brewery setting up in an unprepossessing industrial unit  on the outskirts of my home town of Dunblane. As some may know, I used to be a non-pro national beer judge (oh the hardships! ) for SIBA, but retired a while for health reasons, so it was great to meet up with a few pals and try some new brews. Very socially and environmentally conscious set up, but won’t be a pub approach, more occasional tap room socials. I may feel obliged to support these…. ;-)). (Co owner and brewer partner pictured,)
