3 weeks in a row

An unimaginative blip (might have something to do with the fact that I fell asleep in front of the telly at about half eight) but it marks three Wednesdays in a row that the bestest friend and I have made it out of work and to the gym for a run on the treadmill. Hard work after a long day but gif to have done it.
