Hebe

Frank and I got up just before 7am to walk round the golf course. It was cold but a good start to the day. I did some exercises for my hip and leg when we got back. I've been getting fed up with all my recent aches and pains so now they've eased up a bit I need to get fitter! 
Drove out to Newbridge as Frank was taking his car to the garage. Sainsbury's next where I got a few Christmas presents as well. It was still a lovely day so I did a few hours in the garden. I'm not sure where I'm going to put the hebes so decided just to put them in a bigger point until the spring. Back to collect the car then chilled out watching Bake Off.
