Evening Light in Our Backyard

This photo was taken from the front sunroom looking toward the backyard of our house. Behind the house is California's Hwy. #1.

We've had a pleasant and slowed-down day. We did take a drive into Morro Bay (about 14 miles inland from the coast) to visit Idler's Applicance Store to look at washers & dryers. Mr. Fun was fairly determined that it was time to make this purchase, so we did. It was me several months ago who was anxious to do this. We are three blocks from the ocean's shore, so hanging clothes, towels, or anything else on a line outside to dry, is not likely because the air is so moist, especially on the Central Coast. He does not like making trips to the laundromat.

Then we made a quick stop at the grocery store and we were on our way home.
