The Halloween window is transitioning into Christmas.

I was shocked by a series of events described to me this evening by a 24 year old acquaintance. It sounded very much like grooming within a professional setting to me.  It is something that I have little experience of but I hope that my advice to consider seeking support from HR or any employee assistance available and around setting/communicating boundaries is helpful.
