Better late than never

I normally have my Christmas cake baked well before show weekend but I have had trouble locating one of the ingredients. As the recipe came from my great grandmother I didn't want to substitute. I finally found the vital ingredient this morning so the process has started. Baking well take place tomorrow night. I look forward to the cooking smells.
