Biking

My life group met at my place this evening. So we popped out to the supermarket to get some gluten-free biscuits. One of the ladies who comes is gluten intolerant and I wanted to make sure she felt included. I've seen my mum's struggles when we go out to friends, they offer cake but my mum can't enjoy it due to the gluten in the cake. We had a lovely bike ride to get to the supermarket. I took this photo on the bike ride home.

When we got home, we hung out. Little Man watched his programs whilst I tidied up the house for life group. Caleb came round for dinner and we had a lovely time chatting together. Little Man then went to bed.

Life group was good; we encouraged each other. I was just very tired and went to bed almost as soon as everyone had left.
